Below are a few things that would be required of you in order to view and/or submit any offers for the mentioned types of properties.
If you are a Cash buyer, I will need to have a POF (proof of funds) letter from your bank or institution where your funds are being held.
If you are going to do financing; I will need a letter from your lender with the amount that you are pre-approved for.
Lastly, I will need a check made payable to Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors for earnest money in the amount of $1000.00.
